Stalemate
In this work, time, space and body intertwine to form a condition of life. The moments seem to be trapped in invisible boundaries creating a space in which movement is impossible and time, instead of progressing, gains weight. The body, trapped in a static position, resists the flow of life that takes place beyond it. This video portrays the suspension between presence and absence, stillness and movement, inviting the viewer to internalize the experience of being confined in an infinite momen

WE

This staged dinner table reflects on the complexities of shared spaces and silent suffering. Using HDR photography, I emphasized the tension between warmth and stillness—the table invites connection, yet holds traces of absence and emotional weight. In this work, the act of coming together is haunted by what remains unsaid: pain that lingers between empty chairs, unspoken memories, and relationships marked by both care and discomfort. It is about the pain we carry into shared rituals, and the thresholds we cross in silence.

Threshold
I brought the concept of “Threshold” with me—each window in this space acts as a threshold, inviting reflection on shifting life conditions and perceptions. In Persian, "آستانه" refers to an entrance, often sacred, marking a boundary between two states or phases
Thresholds are not just physical; they exist in emotional and conceptual realms. This work explores how crossing these boundaries can lead to deeper self-awareness and new insights
Throughout this journey, I’ve faced many thresholds—each one a challenge, a moment of transformation. These shifts, both seen and unseen, reshaped my understanding of myself and my place in the world.renewed understanding of life and my connections within it

Embrace Date
This collection was photographed during my chemotherapy treatment, capturing the effects of potent chemotherapy drugs within my body and reflecting the consequences of the illness on my face. These self-portraits were taken over the course of a year, narrating not only the physical changes during that period but also serving as authentic images of the emotional spectrum throughout this challenging and transformative phase of my life

Solitude in the Uncharted Territories of Pain
These images, both haunting and inspiring, serve as a powerful reminder of the resilience of the human spirit. In each frame, I have strived to capture the silent battles that unfold and the untold stories of those who navigate the uncharted territories of pain. "Solitude in the Uncharted Territories of Pain" is a tribute to their strength, a testament to the human ability to find hope even in the face of profound loss, and a visual narrative that speaks to the depths of our shared humanity

Hidden Universes
These images remind me that what lies inside can be different, I embrace the individuality of my inner world, where it is just vastly different from what my body shows.
We observe the diversity between our inner and outer selves. Each body holds a distinct story that creates this difference. Our bodies, though wonderful, can't fully reveal the richness within. Through these series Iglimpse of the depths within our body, each cactus represents the inner side of the individual. With all their differences and similarities, they are finally in the same pot and are called cactus.

City-Play
The silent presence of amusement parks exactly beside human’s life is a symbol of forgotten dreams and memories that always shows up in a hidden form like a fire under the ashes.
City-Play, a photography series, sketches the intersection of personal tragedy and urban landscapes. In the depths of emotional distress after my mother's tragic suicide, as I struggled with the pain, the park became my refuge.
Through 'City Play,' I related my own pain into a visual exploration of collective suffering and at the end The charred playground became a powerful metaphor

Silent Strength
In the depths of illness, I found solace in photography. These images, devoid of any human presence, capture the spirit of Tehran, anmy birthplace and lifelong companion. As I photographed these scenes, I couldn't help but reflect on my own physical presence and the pain my body endured in this city. These images represent a profound connection between my physical journey and the urban landscape. They are a testament to how my body's struggles echo in the quiet corners of this city, an unspoken story of resilienced strength.

We are the inheritors of countless pains
The story unfolded as, post-adolescence, I was often told of my striking resemblance to my aunt. This resemblance extended beyond the physical, as our ethics were perceived as similar by those around us. However, I struggled to find common ground between myself and an elderly aunt suffering from diabetes. It wasn't until I was diagnosed with lupus, discovering the genetic
link to this ailment, it seemed the pieces fell into place
In the heart of our family album, a timeless story unfolds, related together by more than just memories. Simple portraits of family members stand side by side with images of the next generations, showcasing the remarkable physical resemblances. This project not only reflects our physical changes but also serves as a reminder that we continue to carry the physical traits of our past and future family members. These resemblances, not only in appearance, but also our personality, diseases and even pains, we also inherit from our ancestors

long scares
There are moments, due to the intensity of mental and psychological breakdown, physical pain and suffering, it has no effect on your body, as if its function, which is the experience of pain, has been lost. We may have experienced these moments, but this feeling often gets lost among our other emotions throughout life, just like these pictures taken of the most ordinary and insignificant moments in nature. I was capturing them during the hiking days when I realized I have kidney failure. Dry branches and leaves may go into my body, but I don't feel pain anymore

Habitual
For all the moments when all sounds, smells, people... come to a standstill with the movement of a finger and the audience will never understand anything about them

Aperture
This collection was photographed during my walks in the city, the constant curiosity about the inside of the house, who lives in this house, what the inside of the house looks like and... what are the people in the house like
Like the cusiosity I have about people, windows create the same barrier for me, something similar to the function of the body when facing people. Windows are like a body that doesn't allow the true essence of people to be revealed and it always keeps you in a halo of ambiguity and mental stories

Real distance from reality
There is a hidden force in the camera, which makes the corresponding transformations between reality and fantasy happen very quickly by this hidden secret

Men of my tribe
Iran, social participation introduces the emergence of urban modernity and especially the social relations between the two sexes in the public arena as a manifestation of immoral corruptionIne This project was done in my father’s repair garage. The main reason of photography of this space was the presence of a woman in a totally manly place which is defined in Iranian culture
